On Saturday, September 21, eight sewing buddies forged a trail through Golden D’Or Fabrics, Benno’s Buttons and White Rock Weaving Center.

Your Special Events committee previewed the Greek Isles Grille and Taverna menu recently in preparation for our Annual October Luncheon/Election on Oct 26, 2013.
We all agreed, it was quite tasty, from the lightly-dressed, crisp greek salad to the honey-laced balaclava. Dallas Area Fiber Artists (DAFA) has joined with members of the Lovers Lane United Methodist Church Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Dallas Chapter to commemorate World Alzheimer’s Month with an exhibit and sale of fiber art.
