Angela Ho0per ‘s classic dress can be worn from spring until fall. Angela Hooper made this Long tunic topper over black leggings for ‘formal night’ on a recent cruise.Donna Depu made this with Simplicity 8014 which is in the current ASG Anybody Can Win contest.Donna used many techniques from Threads magazine instructional series by Sandy Miller, The Perfect BlouseMarie Barrese made this short top and wide leg pants with fabric from Illuminations.Debbie Reid bought this reversible fabric for her jacket at Illuminations in Ft. Worth. – First it is white and black.Now it is black and white!Debby Bowles combined her slopers for the bodice and skirt. She drafted the collar and used Butterick pattern 6497 for the front button area.Carol Johnston’s jacket and pants are 100% linen underlined in silk organza and lined in china silk. The blouse is 100% silk.The silk was purchased in Rhodes, Greece.Becky MontgomeryBecky made this Upcycled Jeans Motojacket from old jeans she bought at a thrift store.Margaret Montgomery hand-wove the fabric for this jacket!She wove approximately 3.5 yards of fabric – 24 inches wide to accommodate the widest pattern piece which was the sleeve.Anna Marie Moran made this two piece top and skirt using a retro pattern from 1955. She said they must not have put slits in skirts in 1955, so this one is rather hard to walk in!Walk across the garden to the Heard-Craig Arts Center.After lunch we had a guided tour of the house.Picking up bags for the next challenge!
