The price for the retreat is an all-inclusive price that includes both your lodging and your meals. Pricing is split into 3 levels with the greatest Early Bird discounts given to those who register during October. The price increases in November and increases again in December. If you are not a current member of ASG we encourage you to participate. However, non-members will pay an additional $10 charge which will be collected at the retreat during check-in.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $10 fee applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be given after January 1, 2015. If Plano ASG does not meet the contracted minimum number of attendees, this event will be cancelled and all monies refunded. In the event of inclement weather the retreat will be moved to a later date.
