The Original Sewing and Quilt Expo will take place for the first time in Fort Worth this year, offering workshops (pdf download), display galleries, shopping and many other features&events.

What: Shuttle bus to/from plus admission to the Sewing and Quilt Expo in Ft. Worth

We have arranged for a shuttle bus to pick riders in 2 locations:
- Parking lot just west of Fabrique and Geisha Grill – 7 AM departure
3801 W President George Bush Hwy, Plano TX - Sears Outlet – 7:15 AM departure
5000 Alpha Rd, Farmers Branch, TX
The shuttle will drop us off right at the door of the expo by 8 AM, in time to make it to the first class! The shuttle bus will pick us up at the expo at 5:30 PM and return us back to the parking lots. Skip the drive, the traffic, the looking and paying for a parking place! And enjoy the great company of your ASG friends! Such a deal!
In addition to the shuttle, with a group of 30+ we can get access to discount tickets to the expo that includes:
- General Admission for Saturday $10 value
- One Class Session Voucher (to be exchanged at the Expo) $19 value
- One Lapel Pin $5 value
- One shopping bag $4 value
That’s a $38 value!
NOTE: The general admission is for Saturday only. The one class session voucher can ONLY be exchanged at the expo. If you have a specific class in mind and want to ensure you can attend you may want to pay for that class separately. If you want to pay for the online value packs you would do that separately as well.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If on October 1 total ticket sales are insufficient to adequately fund the event, the Plano ASG group event will be canceled and money collected returned to anyone who made a purchase.
So how does this work?
We have designed three different ticket options to make sure there is an option for everyone. You can choose from the following:
- Shuttle and expo – Choose this option if you want to come along for the fun of going to the expo together and primarily want to browse and are happy to take any class that is open.
- Shuttle only – Choose this option if you have a specific set of classes you want to register for in advance or if you have already bought your expo ticket but want to take advantage of the hassle-free transportation.
- Expo only – Choose this option if you want to attend the expo at the discount price but don’t want to stay all day.
